The Métis Story

About this Seminar

Often referred to as Canada's "Forgotten People", the Métis story is not often understood. Using language like rebellion had put a smear on the history of the Métis. Using humour and his personal tie to this story, the facilitator will examine the history you weren't taught, including the Métis contributions to Confederation and now their contemporary economic and social wellbeing.
